The Role: Club Manager
As Club Manager, you're the heartbeat of the gym. You'll drive membership and training sales, create an exceptional member experience, and lead a motivated, mission-driven team.

This role is for someone who thrives on challenge, loves working with people, and takes pride in running a business that makes a difference.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading with vision, energy, and example
- Generating membership and personal training sales
- Creating deep connections in the local community
- Coaching and developing a strong in-club team
- Ensuring the gym is clean, functional, and welcoming
- Delivering an experience that members rave about
What You Bring to the Table:
- A people-first mindset—you love helping others succeed
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Availability for mornings, evenings, and some weekends
- Comfort with basic technology (emails, POS systems, CRMs)
- A leadership style that’s both motivational and empathetic
- A deep connection to our core values (yep, those again)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
